Places for this event are limited, we encourage you to book as soon as possible. Bookings will close on Friday 4th March, if the event has not already sold out. 

Student places are £20 and guest places are £25: to ensure that as many guests as possible can come, we limit the number of guests to 2 per student (3 people per group). 

Part of what is really special about Newnham is the strength of its wider network. We keep in touch with our alumnae, hold events and get-togethers often to celebrate their continued connection to Newnham, and pride ourselves on welcoming our new students into our community. We hope that you and your student would like to join us for pre-lunch drinks in the Lucia Windsor Room, then for lunch in College Hall on Saturday 15 January 2022. This will be an informal and friendly event, giving you a chance to experience a little of Newnham as it is today and to meet other families who are part of the College.

While we would love to treat our guests when we invite them, we know that alumnae and friends of Newnham would prefer us to prioritise using our funds to support our students and teaching. For this reason, when we hold events we do ask attendees – students and guests – to contribute to the costs. No profit is made and we are subsidising the costs.

While COVID still remains a concern, we are planning for this event to go ahead under current government guidelines. However, should we need to cancel a full refund will be given to all guests.
