2 Wordsworth Grove was refurbished in 2020. It is a semi-detached house with nine bedrooms (Bands A, B, and C) over the ground, first and second floors. The residents share a large kitchen with laundry facilities and two common areas: a living room, and a dining room with some extra kitchen facilities, all on the ground floor. The shared bathroom facilities consist of a single toilet on the ground floor, and two shower rooms (one with toilet) and a single toilet on the first floor. One bedroom on the ground floor has an ensuite wet room and is the only ensuite room available in our postgraduate accommodation. This room is only allocated to students with mobility issues. The property is surrounded by a private garden.
