Whitstead

Whitstead is a recently renovated detached house situated on the edge of the college grounds. It is accessible via the college grounds or Barton Road. The Porters’ Lodge is just a few minutes walk through the college gardens.

The house has 15 bedrooms (Bands A, B, C, and D) over the ground, first, and second floors. There is a large kitchen and utility room with laundry facilities on the ground floor, as well as a large common living room. The shared bathroom facilities consist of two toilets and a shower room on the ground floor, three shower rooms (one with toilet) and a separate toilet on the first floor, and a bathroom, shower room and toilet on the second floor. The property is surrounded by a large private garden and is also close to the college gardens and sports field.
