The Rosalind Franklin Building was built in 1995 and is situated next to the newly built Dorothy Garrod Building on the college grounds. The building was redecorated during the summer of 2021.
The Rosalind Franklin Building is divided into five blocks. On the ground floor of each block are two sets of two single rooms (Band B) sharing a bathroom and kitchen. The first and second floors have nine single rooms (Band B and C) sharing a large kitchen and two bathrooms. Laundry facilities for the building are provided in a laundry room on the ground floor of block A.
Some of the blocks in the Rosalind Franklin Building are also currently used to house undergraduates.
