Holly Cottage

Holly Cottage is a detached house situated on Clare Road which runs alongside the College’s sports field. The Porters’ Lodge is just a few minutes walk through the College grounds.

The House has five bedrooms (One Band D, four Band C) over the ground and first floors. There is a kitchen, a laundry room, and a common dining room on the ground floor. The shared bathroom facilities consist of bathroom (shower over bath) with toilet on the ground floor, and bathroom (shower over bath) and separate toilet on the first floor. The property has a private garden and is close to the college gardens and sports field.
