Eva Smith

Eva Smith is a detached house located on the Newnham College site. It is accessible from the College gardens and from Grange Road. The Porters’ Lodge is just a few minutes walk through the college gardens.

The house has nine bedrooms (Bands A, C, and D) over the ground, first and second floors. There is a large kitchen and a utility room with laundry facilities on the ground floor along with a common living room. The shared bathroom facilities consist of a toilet on the ground floor, two shower rooms (one with toilet) and a separate toilet on the first floor, and a bathroom and a separate toilet on the second floor. There is a small garden area surrounding the property which has direct access to the college gardens.
