Biography

Dr Priyanka de Souza is a researcher in the Department of Engineering, specialising in optical wireless communications. She has a particular interest in low-cost methods of electro-optic integration, having completed her PhD at the University of Cambridge (Jesus College) in Organic Light Emitting Diodes (LEDs) for communications applications. Prior to this, she worked as a Technology Consultant for IBM. She received her BA and MEng in Engineering (Electrical and Information Sciences) also from the University of Cambridge (Pembroke College).
