Biography

Dr Carol Cooper is a clinical tutor, medical journalist, and author.

Dr Cooper graduated in medicine from Newnham College and combines a career in primary care alongside media work. She teaches medical students at Imperial College, London, writes on popular health as well as general practice, and is the author of several novels. In 2014 she was elected President of the Guild of Health Writers.

Dr Cooper has been an Associate of Newnham College since 2015.
