Launch of our new Roll Letter

Newnham College Roll Letter will be dropping through alumnae letterboxes in the UK and around the world in the next few weeks. 

It is filled with highlights from the College and alumnae year 2024-25, as well as updates on teaching and learning, including research interviews with Dr Jenny Zhang on the potential benefits of photosynthesising bacteria; Dr Mezna Qato on international development; and Professor Claire Hughes and Dr Terri Apter on key transitions in family life. 

Huge thanks to our many contributors and interviewees, and to Editors Maartje Scheltens and Sara Gaines, designer Paul Oldman and photographer Dasha Tenditna for making it all look so good.
