Alongside Undergraduate bedrooms, Clough also houses the College JCR room, Formal Hall, and The Buttery. It is located next to Sidgwick, to the west of the Porters’ Lodge. Many of the rooms look out over the college gardens, while some look out onto the Clough carpark and Sidgwick Avenue.
Clough is due to have its bathrooms and kitchens refurbished during the summer of 2025. It currently has 57 bedrooms over the ground, first, and second floors. One room on the second floor will be lost in the refurbishment to make way for a kitchen.
The rooms are divided into ‘households’ which share the use of Kitchen and Bathroom facilities.
The ground floor has one household of 10 rooms which shares a kitchen and bathroom and toilet facilities.
The first floor is divided into two households, one of 14 rooms and one of seven. The larger household shares a large kitchen and bathroom facilities, while the smaller household shares a smaller kitchen and bathroom/shower room with toilet facilities. There are a further four toilets and accessible shower room in the corridor leading to the Lucia Windsor Room.
The second floor is also divided into two households, each with 13 rooms sharing a kitchen and bathroom facilities.
