Terms and conditions for our 2026 Christmas promotion
- All bookings are subject to prior approval by the Conference Office and will be confirmed in accordance with our standard contract procedures and existing terms and conditions, including standard cancellation terms apply unless otherwise stated in writing. Our terms and conditions are available to read at the bottom of our booking form (you do not have to complete the form to read them).
- This promotion applies to room hire on bookings of Christmas lunches and dinners booked in November and December 2026 on the standard Christmas package with the standard minimum numbers. All other charges will be at standard rates.
- The promotion is available for Christmas-themed events only and excludes weddings, conferences, and non-festive bookings.
- This offer is non-transferable and cannot be combined with any other discounts or promotions.
- Offer applies to bookings for 80 to 150 guests having a 3 course lunch or dinner.
- Bookings must be confirmed in writing by the Conference Office by 5pm on 31 March 2026.
