Should you like to stay with us, alumnae receives a 10% discount on Bed and Breakfast in double or single occupancy en suite bedrooms (out of term). Bookings can be made by emailing conference@newn.cam.ac.uk or call on 01223 335803.

- Dining privileges
Alumnae may dine-in at College three times a year at both Formal Halls and Subject Formal Halls (on payment and notice), accompanied by up to three paying guests.
Formal Halls and Subject Formal Halls
Formal Halls are held on Thursdays, Postgraduate Formal Halls on Tuesdays and Subject Formal Halls are held on Wednesdays and some Fridays, during Full Term and are occasions when Senior Members and students dine together.
Cost
The costs for 2023/2024 for Roll Members are shown below:
Formal Hall: seated in the main body of the Hall is £40 per person (bring your own wine).
Formal Hall: seated on High Table is £48 per person (this includes a pre-dinner drinks reception & wine with the meal).
Subject Formal Hall: everyone attending forms the High Table, and is £48 per person (this includes a pre-dinner drinks reception and wine with the meal).
N.B. The formals shown with ** are in addition to the normal annual programme of formals and are subject to staffing levels in the Catering Department being sufficient to support them.

Bookings open one month before the date of the event.
Please note that places are limited for each dinner, and we cannot guarantee that you will be able to join. Places are allocated on a first come first served basis. For any questions please contact the Roll Office roll@newn.cam.ac.uk or call 01223 335757.
Cancellations
Please note that we require at least 7 days notice for cancellations if you require a refund.
Subject Formal Halls
Please note the Subject Formal Hall Booking links will be sent out by subject to the almunae concerned.
If you are not currently in contact with College and wish to attend your Subject Formal Hall, please contact the Roll Office roll@newn.cam.ac.uk
It is not possible to bring guests to Subject Formal Halls.
Once we have confirmed your place, the Roll Office will also advise the Academic Administrator, who will make sure the relevant Directors of Studies are informed.
Gowns
Gowns are worn at all Formal Halls. If you would like to borrow a gown, please contact the Roll Office on roll@newn.cam.ac.uk 14 days before the Formal with your name, the Formal Hall you are attending and what your approximate height is to ensure we find a suitable gown.

- Events
Invitations to reunions, garden parties, concerts and other special events throughout the year.
- Library access
Visit the Library after Graduation (with prior notice to the Librarian).

- Newnham Associates
Newnham Associates may be able to help with career advice and support or you may apply to become a Newnham Associate. All alumnae are eligible to make an application. New Associates are elected at the AGM every November. To find out more about how to apply read the information on our website.

- Networking
You have access to networking events, ready-made contacts around the world and help from other Newnhamites.
